Unmatched: Ergonomics & Safety

Today . . .

- The years of developing, refining & testing various knife blades & handle geometries was time well spent.

- DBx-Knife designs are practical with enhanced safety features & ergonomics unmatched in today's market.

- The combination of extensive research, development & craftsmanship of the DBx Handles & knife blades, sets these knives apart.

Blade Size/Style  . . .

- Shorter blade lengths require less power input at the handle when cutting with the forward section or tip of the knife.

- Smaller tipped ( Euro Chef's ) knives are favored for deboning meats.

- Taller/thinner blades are preferred for preparing fruits & vegetables.

- My preferences for food preparation knives are taller (1.3" to 2") with  shorter 5.2" to 5.7" blades lengths.
